    Working within CRM systems (like Tern), Microsoft Office Suite,  supplier booking platforms, and digital tools to streamline your workflow.

Starting Your Travel Career

New to the industry? You don’t need prior experience—but you do need commitment.

At AR Travel Collective, we provide:

  • Structured onboarding and training
  • Supplier education pathways
  • CRM setup and workflow guidance
  • Ongoing mentorship and team support
  • Competitive Commission Levels

This is not a “get rich quick” opportunity—it’s a business you build over time with consistency and care.  We recommend a minimum of 20 dedicated hours per week. These hours vary between trainings on demand, our weekly meetings, client conversations and research, along with attending supplier events and trade shows. Typically suppliers are open M-F 8am - 5pm PST
